A Light Summer is unique for every person - there is no one right way!
For most people feeling light happens when there is alignment between Gratitude, Joy, Progress, Confidence, Anchored/Calm & Fully Alive. Now is your time to jump in to find and practice living a Light Summer.

what makes Light Summer different?
Have you tried other habit building programs, challenges or memberships? I'm guessing since you're here they didn't go as you hoped! It might be that you didn't stick with it, you weren't happy with the results or how it made you feel. Here are the big three reasons I see struggles with other programs, and how Light 56 is different.

Rules
Sick of following other people's rules?The Light 56 program gives you control and a structured framework that can be catered to how much or little you need. The framework is designed to be flexible and enjoyable so you can make it work best for your personality to build your own self-confidence and commitment to yourself!
We also learn & practice how to embrace your femininity, intuition, agency, cycles and tap into external energy and cycles like the moon, seasons & nature!

Mindset
Are you always looking for the perfect way to start? Do you think a habit only "counts" if you do it daily? Are you your hardest critic?
During Light Summer we will learn to practice of progress, not perfection. We will practice failing, missing a day, resetting and adjusting your goals so that you feel lighter. This can all be practiced with the Light Summer that gives you structure and support to practice making progress imperfectly.

Your Goals
We've been taught that goals need to be SMART, but that's not true!
Learn to focus on how you want to FEEL vs what you want to accomplish and align those feelings to your goals.

Know exactly what you need to do, why and what you want to do but have struggles with how - we've got you too!
You don't need one more thing on your to-do list.
