What's in your fridge?🐢
Here are the lessons I believe we can learn from tortoises & their pet parents: Take a Season for Rest, Ease Into It, Practice Self-compassion, Ignore Judgement, Get Curious, Set Your Own Pace
What have you had in the fridge that you are ready to thaw out? How do you want to feel and what can you do to support that feeling?

How do you want to feel in 2025
Did you know the moon’s cycle lasts about 28 days (the same as a female hormonal cycle) compared to the sun’s 24-hour cycle (aka the length of a man's hormonal cycles)? This connection is one of the many reasons I’m obsessed with the moon and the number 56 (28 x 2)!

2025 Intention Setting
I have a friend who annually announces the cut-off for saying “Happy New Year”. This year it was January 12th, so I guess I’m a little late and instead will ask How are you, REALLY?
I’ve been quiet and reflective. I’ve been sad, fearful, angry and tired but also excited, clear, filled with laughter, curiosity and gratitude - there has been a lot of AND and BOTH. You too?
How do you want to feel in 2025? What is lighting you up right now?

A little story about my grandma 💕
I found it interesting when I was reflecting on how I want to feel during November and December, I noticed that all of those feelings that I'm craving in this season are how I felt with Grandma Eleanor at the farm!
Acknowledging and noting these desired feelings has given me some peace. Although the farm is not a physical place I can return to, it is a feeling I can carry with me and bring to my own home, family, friends and community.
