I had the pleasure this week to interview Amanda Wisniewski, MAPP as this month's guest speaker in Light 56 Circle. She answered member's questions on parenting, modeling behavior, reducing screentime and making change in a positive way.
I love Amanda's background and experience as well as always having the research and data to support her suggestions. Check out this short clip that summarizes her approach as well as so many of the key elements of Light 56.
Two key quotes from Amanda:
"We don't shame ourselves into change, we love ourselves into change!"
"You have the agency in building the life that you want!"
If you enjoyed this clip, check out the full recording by becoming a Founding Member in Light 56 Circle. This is a membership for like-hearted women who want to feel lighter in their life so they can be their favorite self. Each month we have a guest speaker, like Amanda, who helps us learn, create, play or have fun! Also, included in the membership are two live community events to set intentions and then let things go as well as a 1:1 session with Morgan, the Founder of Light 56. In these 1:1 sessions, she will help keep you accountable, set light habits and practices and check in on how you are (how you really are!). All guest speakers and sessions where we learn, create, play or have fun are all recorded and available in our exclusive online community as soon as you become a member.
