I had an amazing time presenting in The Hive. If you'd like to watch the recording drop me and email and I'll get you the link! Here is a summary of the event from The Hive Founder, Laura Zug...
What an incredible session we had with our very own Morgan Jackson yesterday! She wowed us with her experience with the 29029 Everesting challenge and shared some amazing insights on how to tackle big goals while keeping things light.
In this session, you'll discover how to create an Anchor habit for daily confidence, identify your Bright Light actions that lead to feeling lighter, and approach challenges with a more flexible mindset. Morgan's insights on giving yourself grace, the importance of community support, and tracking progress in a gentler way are invaluable for anyone looking to achieve big things without burning out.Â
Here are some of the golden nuggets Morgan shared with us:
✨ Redefine success: It's not always about reaching the summit, but living your values and soaking in the whole experience.
✨ Give yourself more time: Whether it's a major challenge or daily tasks, a little extra time goes a long way in reducing stress.
✨ Embrace being a beginner: There's joy in learning something new, even if it feels a bit awkward at first!
✨ Take care of the basics: Don't forget about those fundamentals like staying hydrated and getting enough rest.
✨ Use the ABC Framework for building habits:
A (Anchor): A daily 5-minute habit to build confidence
B (Bright Light): Something that makes you feel lighter if done 40-50 times in 56 days
C (Challenge): A 30-day challenge spread over 56 days
✨ Track progress with grace: Morgan's moon-inspired tracker is such a beautiful way to visualize our journey! You can download it from the link in her incredible workbook.
💛 I love how Morgan's approach emphasizes progress over perfection and finding joy in the process. It dovetails beautifully with our values here in The Hive - giving ourselves a little grace as we work towards our goals.
What would be your Anchor, Bright Light, and Challenge?
Let's support each other as we do hard things – the light way! 🌟
