It doesn’t need to be a grand gesture - it could be as simple as saying yes to a nap in the middle of the day, reading something from your TBR list, trying a new restaurant, turning music up loud and having a dance party or signing up for the class or experience you’ve been considering.
Saying YES to prioritizing yourself is something that takes practice. And it’s not just the practice of taking the action…but also the practice of ENJOYING it and being present!
How many times have you felt guilty for taking time for yourself or spent the whole time thinking about all the things you have to do or what you could have done to be more productive? And then the worst part is when you feel guilty for feeling guilty.😝
Let’s prioritize ourselves! I want to encourage you to set an intention to do something for YOU starting today! Give yourself permission on this 🌑New Moon. The Moon turns new around 8:30 pm PST tonight, but there is no need to be perfect, so just take a few minutes in the next day or two to write yourself a permission slip or intention to prioritize yourself. If you did the full Moon release, two weeks ago, take a moment to reflect on what you released and try to support that release with your intention.

C: Challenge - make progress on a goal or something you’ve been putting off or that will help you feel lighter. Goal: practice progress not perfection (30+ times in 56 days)
By tracking these habits over 56-days you’ll build confidence, learn to break the all-or-nothing mindset and feel lighter in your life.
