Have you been procrastinating or avoiding something? Is it based on fear, perfection, or doubt?
👋I’ve been dragging my feet on writing for all of those reasons (plus a few more)! But on Sunday night, during our family full moon ceremony, I released the doubt and insecurities I had about being read, heard & judged. I used the mantra progress over perfection and reminded myself about the little wins I’ve made over the past few weeks & months (maybe years?) to give me the courage to get my emails & blog up and running.
Plus, I was reminded this morning that the REAL REASON for any of my writing is YOU! I hope to inspire you to feel lighter in your life and have a place where you feel safe to be seen and heard.
So, I want to hear from you!!
Tell me, what metaphorical band-aid do you need to pull? What’s feeling light or dark right now? What've you learned lately? Goals for spring or 2024? What would help you feel lighter in life? What type of things would you like to hear from me?
My plan is to send emails around the new moon and full moon so you can tap into that feminine energy for releasing and intention setting. I'll also occasionally share about upcoming programs and other tips and tricks for Living Light. As with everything in this business I’m building, I want it to feel light & intentional and I hope that my emails & blog posts will feel this way too.✨ You can obviously opt-out at any time, I promise I won’t be offended!

PS – if you are new to Light 56, here is a little background…
I started in 2021 with an email to a few friends entitled “Crazy Idea” – it was for an online accountability group with the goal to feel Light in body, mind, space, and spirit. Since then, I’ve created a 56-day framework (Light 56), run multiple cohorts of Light 56, personally followed the framework for both big and small habit changes like drinking more water, decluttering my house, going back to work, jumping in the lake every day with my son, cold plunging, intentionally having fun & creating training for 29029 and building my dream business.💕
On my birthday (in November), I had my last day at my job and went all in with Light 56. Since then, I was featured in Martha Stewart, had my first podcast interview, did a lot of learning (including Soft School & a course on Positive Psychology and the Science of Happiness) and had my first viral reel (welcome if you are joining from IG!). I run virtual cohorts of Light 56 which start on the new moon (aka the best time to start something new), do 1:1 coaching and have a bunch of other fun things in the pipeline.
I’m realizing that Light 56 is more than just a 56-day challenge to change habits, but Living Light is a way of life! I’d love to hear what I can do to help you feel lighter in body, mind, space & spirit 💌
